This Privacy Notice explains how I and SquareSpace process personal information provided by you and outlines your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation.

The General Data Protection Regulation requires persons or organisations which process personal information to provide the person concerned with certain information.

When subscribers click on a link or fill out a form, the site may record this information.

 Personal information provided by you is processed generally so that you can be contacted.

Your information will never be shared with a third party. All information is saved by Squarespace and only I can access it.  

8. HOW LONG WILL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION BE KEPT?  

Your personal information will be retained for as long as you remain a subscriber, or longer if required by law. In the unlikely event of a data breach, all subscribers will be notified within seven days.

  • to ask for it to be corrected or deleted; 

  • to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time; 

  • to ask for the processing to be restricted if you believe the information to be inaccurate or the processing unlawful; 

  •  to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

I may update this Privacy Notice at any time. Any such changes will be notified to subscribers by email.
